Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times: We ship internationally from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–25 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–35 business days

Note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our store for current offers.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Love Wishers ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at jecando@yahoo.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
